The Bengaluru-based robotics company has unveiled a compact autonomous mobile robot capable of handling 1,000 kg payloads in space-constrained factory environments.
ANSCER Robotics on Wednesday introduced the ATR 1000 (Autonomous Turntable Robot), an autonomous mobile robot designed to automate heavy-load material movement in manufacturing and warehousing facilities.
Built with a footprint of less than one square meter and a turning diameter of 1,020 mm, the robot combines a payload capacity of up to 1,000 kg with an integrated 360-degree rotating turntable.
The ATR 1000 features a maximum travel speed of 1.5 m/s and utilizes simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) navigation for trackless operation, with QR-based navigation offered as an optional alternative. The integrated turntable enables 360-degree load rotation, supporting angular docking and multi-face load access at workstations to eliminate manual payload reorientation.
For operational safety, the vehicle incorporates 360-degree LiDAR collision prevention with adaptive safety zones, visual status indicators, and audible alarms.
