The National AI Application Pilot Base for Embodied Intelligence in Hangzhou is conducting a capital increase and share reform, with the process expected to be completed by the end of the year. The base plans to raise 200 million yuan through a new partnership vehicle, Hangzhou Embodied Infinite Future Intelligent Technology Development Partnership (Limited Partnership). Existing shareholders include Hangzhou High-tech Science and Innovation Group, Hangzhou Data Group, Unitree Robotics (via its subsidiary), and Chuanghua Smart Logistics. Several industry players, including Yuntai General, Maxicloud, Hangcha Group, Anheng Information, Huashu Media, and Huace Film and Television, have confirmed their participation through the holding platform.
