On November 1, the national standard GB/T46718—2025 for commercial smart stir-fry machines officially came into effect. Xianglu Robotics (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Xianglu Robotics (Beijing), participated in drafting the standard as a leading enterprise in the cooking robot industry. The company's 3K visual AI stir-fry robot utilizes its CookingMuse multimodal cooking foundation model to perceive pot conditions and dynamically adjust cooking processes, converting chef experience into machine-executable capabilities. With products deployed across nearly 350 cities in China and over 20 countries, serving approximately 13,000 stores and 600 million people, Xianglu Robotics aims to address a shortage of 4 million chefs by integrating AI decision-making with robotic execution to support the broader dining industry.
