Watch, Recall, Act: Always-On Robots in Concurrent Embodied Streams

Summary

ARMS is a streaming policy for always-on robots that processes live perception, embodied states, and past actions to make decisions. It uses a pretrained backbone with three lightweight modules and asynchronous concurrency to enable dual-arm operation. The ARMS Dataset, built from real dual-arm teleoperation, achieves 45% performance on a combined task, outperforming baselines.
